Auto-Renewal Cancellation
Disable auto-renewal to stop future charges. Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current cycle.

Account Closure
Close your account permanently. Withdraw your balance first — closure requires zero balance. All data is deleted per Privacy Policy.

How to Cancel in 4 Steps

Go to Settings → Billing
Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the Billing section under Settings.
Select Your Subscription
Find your active Pro or Elite subscription. Click 'Manage Subscription'.
Click 'Cancel Subscription'
Confirm the cancellation. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately.
Access Until Cycle End
Your Pro/Elite access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. Then you revert to Free.
Cancellation Policies
The rules. Simple, clear, and fair.
No Cancellation Fee
Canceling your subscription is completely free. We do not charge cancellation fees, penalties, or hidden charges of any kind.
Access Until Cycle End
When you cancel, your Pro or Elite access remains active until the last day of your current billing cycle. No early termination.
No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the cycle ends, and no refund is issued for the remaining days.
Automatic Downgrade to Free
After your cycle ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier. Your capital, P&L, and history are preserved. Only Pro/Elite-exclusive features are locked.
Referral Rewards Preserved
Canceling your subscription does not affect your referral earnings, milestone progress, or pending rewards. These remain in your account.
Account Closure Requires Zero Balance
To permanently close your account, you must first withdraw all funds. Once closure is confirmed, data is deleted after a 30-day grace period (per Privacy Policy).
Crypto Payments Are Final
Crypto subscription payments are irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund completed crypto transactions.
Bank Payments — Refund Policy Applies
If you paid via bank transfer and cancel within 7 days of your first subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund under our Refund Policy. See /refund for details.
