How do I pay for my subscription?

Can I change my plan later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. When you upgrade, we prorate the remaining time on your current plan. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Is there a refund policy?

All subscription sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues that we can't resolve within 48 hours, we'll issue a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

What happens if I don't use all my signals?

Unused signals don't carry over to the next day. Your daily limit resets at 00:00 UTC. Consider upgrading to a higher plan if you're consistently hitting your limit.

Do I need KYC to subscribe?

No KYC required for Basic and Pro plans. However, KYC is mandatory for withdrawals above $500 and to unlock Elite tier features.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
